Flexible Adaptation of Leader Behavior

چکیده
Abstract. Based on the model of ambidextrous leadership, we investigated impact flexible adaptation leader behavior, that is, opening and closing behaviors, innovative performance in a laboratory experiment. Leader behaviors were manipulated with confederates attending to one participant showing either no sequential, or application behaviors. We hypothesized leads better innovation performance. N = 93 participants took part received leadership manipulation. did not find significant effects. These findings suggest effects might be as strong previously expected. Nonetheless, this study provides manipulation controlled setting, which is important provide causal evidence.

Behavior of Flexible Pavements on Expansive Soils
This investigation discusses the findings on analysis results of a pavement structure constructed on a relatively expansive material consisting mainly of brown clayey silt in Tebessa, Algeria. Cores were brought to the laboratory from a piece of roadwork. Remolded samples were taken from subgrade of a deteriorated road. The soils were generally found to be of medium plasticity and of a medium t...
متن کاملLeader self-definition and leader self-serving behavior
The present research investigated the relationship between leader self-definition processes and leader self-serving behaviors. We hypothesized that self-definition as a leader interacts with social reference information (descriptive and injunctive) in predicting leader self-serving actions. Six studies (i.e., two laboratory experiments, two scenario experiments, and two crosssectional surveys) ...
متن کاملPersonality and situational determinants of leader behavior.
This paper examines the relationship between such behaviors as the leader's consideration and structurine and two key variables of the Continpencv Model. The variables, the Least Preferred Coworker (LPC) score and the "favorabieness" of the leadership situation, interact in a highly consistent manner in affecting these leader behaviors. The evidence that leader behavior depends, in large part, ...
متن کاملComponent adaptation through flexible subservicing
Component adaptation is widely recognised to be one of the crucial problems in Component-Based Software Engineering (CBSE). We present here a formal methodology for the soft adaptation of components presenting mismatching interaction behaviour. The notions of access rights (associating components with the services they are allowed to use) and subservicing (providing alternative services in plac...
